Enrico Rovere

Enrico Rovere is the Managing Director of the Business & Intangible Valuation practice at Kroll Advisory S.p.A. in Milan and has 30 years of experience in corporate finance and valuation, both in Italy and internationally.

Prior to joining Duff & Phelps (the former name of Kroll Advisory S.p.A.), he held the following positions:

  • Partner and Vice Chairman of Pirola Corporate Finance S.p.A. and Pirola Pennuto Zei & Associati, where he was responsible for the Business & Intangible Valuation practice.
  • Head of Strategic Planning at Fiat S.p.A. in Turin.
  • Senior Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP – Financial Advisory Services in New York.

Enrico Rovere has extensive experience in the valuation of businesses and intangible assets for acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings, portfolio valuations, fairness opinions, financial reporting, and tax purposes. He has advised both corporate clients and private equity funds across a broad range of industries, including manufacturing, ICT, distribution, consumer products, healthcare, and utilities.

His professional affiliations include:

  • Member of the M&A Committee of the Italian Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (AIFI).
  • Member of the Corporate Finance Committee of the Italian National Association of Financial Executives (ANDAF).
  • Member of the M&A Working Group of the American Chamber of Commerce in Italy.

In academia, he serves as:

  • Lecturer and Member of the Scientific Committee of the Master of Science in Financial Analysis and Planning at the University of Cassino and Southern Lazio.
  • Guest Lecturer at the Faculties of Economics and Business of the University of Milano-Bicocca and the University of Perugia.
  • Lecturer in Business Valuation and Intangible Asset Valuation courses at the Advanced Training School of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of the Tre Venezie region.

In addition, Enrico is a frequent speaker at conferences and seminars and the author of articles published in specialized professional journals.

He earned a Diploma in Business Administration, with a specialization in Corporate Finance, from the School of Business of the University of Turin, a Degree in Economics and Business from the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, and an MBA with a specialization in Finance from the University of Connecticut. He is also a Certified Public Accountant and Statutory Auditor.
